Apollo

The last time that a human being landed on a celestial body outside of Earth was 1972. Since that time multiple generations have been born and have yet to witness humanity conquering the impossible by traveling to a world outside of our own. Where will we go?

Ad Campaign

We collaborated with photographer Chris Hornbecker to develop an advertising campaign that juxtaposes natural landscapes and the trees that tell their story. Copywriter and content strategist, Trevor Orton, developed the voice for the event as well as the headlines used for the campaign.

Exhibition Booklet

An exhibition booklet featuring stories from project Apollo and a leaflet calendar were designed to be distributed to guests to the museum. The booklet includes photographs taken by the Apollo astronauts along with relevant historic details. The calendar includes events happening alongside the museum’s exhibition celebrating Apollo and the space exploration initiatives — past, present, and future.

The last time that a human being landed on a celestial body outside of Earth was 1972. In that time period multiple generations have been born without having the experience of witnessing humanity conquering the impossible by traveling to a world outside of our own. The cultural excitement that arose out of the Apollo Program inspired in such a way that sparked numerous inventions, imagination, and opened a world of possibility. In an effort to reignite that flame of innovation and excitement, Apollo will draw in youth and adults alike to experience the excitement of man’s first landing of the moon and together dream of what a future mission to the moon might look like.
